The power of regenerative skincare
WYL Sciences came to CDA to bring to life Nectarie, a post-cosmetic operation repair cream that harnessed the power of royal jelly in a concentration that is 1000x more potent than what’s available on the market today. Developed by Stanford-trained scientists looking to advance transformative skin care for Asian skin, Nectarie is aimed at the high-end Chinese clientele looking for a transformative recovery from cosmetic surgery procedures.
As lead designer, I worked with the team to create a luxury brand that embodied a “Californian exclusivity” and bring to life the marriage of science and nature. With brand identity, art direction, print, and digital design, we partnered with photographer Kate Powers to create striking images that alluded to Nectarie through the use of gold makeup, and stunning skin juxtaposed against a black background. The resulting brand is aspirational and exudes mood, luxury, and lasting results with skin that is forever transformed.
